Check-in process needs urgent improvement, including better communication on late arrivals!!! Room temperature control is a complete letdown, impacting comfort during the stay!!! Limited clarity on housekeeping standards should be addressed too!!!

I stayed in a top-floor room with a balcony, which had a fantastic view and a really comfy bed. The hotel offers some great relaxation options, like a cozy pool and a well-equipped gym. The only downside was that the bedroom lamp never got replaced despite my request, but it didn’t take away from my experience. 😊

Location stands out with easy access to attractions, perfect for a sightseeing marathon. The historical charm of the building adds a cozy ambiance that’s hard to beat.

The shower is a bit temperamental, swinging from steaming hot to freezing cold without warning—definitely not ideal for post-adventure relaxation. Housekeeping could use some tightening up. I found toilet rolls missing on arrival and a soap dish nowhere in sight, which is frustrating for an extended stay. Add in a bit of disorganization in the restaurant where clean-up seemed to overshadow proper service, and it made for a less than stellar dining experience. Given the high expectations, these quirks became a bit more noticeable.
